Took A Break and Now Back For More

I now I have been gone for a while but now I am back and ready to give it my all.  It's easy to get discouraged when you see such small dollar amounts coming in.  However, even $2.00 a day is a good start over making $0.00 a day.  To help me get a hang on making money online I started using Wealthy Affiliate 2 days ago.  There is a lot of information there to absorb but I will keep you posted everyday.

Favorite Movie Kiss Update

Another day down and my lens only moved up to ranking #14,314.  It's good because it did move up, but I still want it to move up more.  I add The Departed and Dear John as favorite overlooked movie kisses.

I spent last night reading about backlinks and other ways to get traffic to my site. It looks like today I am going to spend some time surfing blogs on my topic and interact with other bloggers. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Update on first lens

So after just 3 days, my lens is already has a ranking of 20,308.  Which is good and I happy about it.  However, being the perfectionist I am, I'm gunning for the #1 ranking.  I racked my brain for more of my favorite overlooked kisses. I did find one that's very special to me and added a dissection of why it made my list. I also added to poll to see which leading man my readers feel deliver the best kiss.

Favorite Movie Kisses Lens

I know I haven't posted anything recently, but now I'm excited and have something to talk about. As a way to make some extra moola, I started creating Lens with Squidoo. I was completely nervous because all the lens I had looked at were fantastic. After downloading every free guide to get me started. I stumbled across one person that sent me the best guide I have read. Thank you Jennifer or as she fondly is referred to PotPieGirl. Your guides, while complete and detailed, were easy to follow and fun to read. As I watched some of your videos and I followed along using my own topic. A lightbulb went off so to speak and everything started clicking. The hardest part of taking that first step is over.

At home and going crazy

I am the last person who I thought would start a blog. However, there is only so much you can do at home before you start going crazy. I have been trying to find a job at home and even joined some forums. The search is going no where. There are so many "at home opportunities" out there. The internet is filled with stories from people who have gotten scammed because of these opportunities. Every time I thoroughly research them, I realize they are no good. So instead I am going to spend my time writing about things that interest me or that are on my mind at the moment. If you have a topic you would like to have talked about, just let me know.
